MEBO Group Named Strategic Partner of 2025 BRICS Business Forum in Brazil

On July 5, 2025, the BRICS Business Forum will open in Rio de Janeiro, uniting top global political and business leaders to shape the future of economic growth. MEBO Group has been named a strategic partner of the forum, reaffirming its pivotal role in global governance and cross-border innovation. Kevin Xu, former Chairman of APEC Host Committee and Chairman of MEBO Group will attend at the invitation of Ambassador André Correa do Lago, Chair of COP30.

This year’s forum centers on strategic priorities including trade security, clean energy transition, digital empowerment, and cross-border financing. It aims to foster high-level collaboration among BRICS nations and emerging economies. Notable participants include Ricardo Albán, President of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) of Brazil; Francisco Neto, Chair of the BRICS Business Council; Yu Xiubo, Chairman of China General Technology Group; and Liao Lin, Chairman of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, among other distinguished global figures.

Of particular note, Kevin Xu had previously attended the BRICS Business Forum in Xiamen in 2017, where he contributed to in-depth discussions on economic and trade issues.
