Gastrointestine is the organ that indirectly communicates with outside, it is easily to get injured by food, therefore results in advanced ageing (premature ageing).  Then, inefficiency of digesting and absorbing nutrition exerts a direct impact on human life, causing malnutrition for various tissues and organs, resulting in advanced ageing of various tissues and organs of the whole body.

6.1 Radiogenic ulcers: For gastrointestinal radiogenic ulcers, there are still no effective drugs and methods in the world today. Our research program has solved this problem, not only heal, but also regenerate and restore ulcer site in situ.

6.2 Gastrointestinal ulcers: At the present, the routine medical treatment is to repair the wound surface with scar formation, therefore resulting in recurrence and no healing.  Using our regenerative treatment in this research program, new gastrointestinal mucosa can be regenerated in situ from the ulcerous wound surface, and then replace the ulcerous wounds with no scarification, ulcers were healed completely.

6.3 Regenerative restoration of aged gastrointestinal mucosa:
The aged gastrointestinal mucosa can return to status of young stage, no one could imagined it before from the point of view of medicine or health preservation, but our regenerative and restorative therapy in this project has solved it effectively.  It was suggested in our research that after 40 years old, human gastrointestinal mucosa enters the process of ageing, and the process begins earlier than any other organs; after 50 years old, about half of the human gastrointestinal mucosa will not function, entering a status of ageing and apoptosis; when at 90 years old, functional cells will be less than about 10% of the normal amount.
The two-year clinical application study in this project indicated that a planned health preserving schedule for only half of a year with this technique could regenerate and restore the aged gastrointestinal mucosa, and persisting in using this technique will rendered the 'rejuvenation' to gastrointestinal mucosa.
